BILLY grew up in Hollywood in an entertainment family and had a successful career as a Hair and Make-up artist, most notably ELIZABETH MONTGOMERY’S’ personal and professional until her passing in 1995. In 2007, BILLY found a new passion as a filmmaker with the documentary, THE PURE ECCENTRICS; SAN FRANCISCO, created for the SF HISTORICAL SOCIETY. Soon, he made his first feature film, BABY JANE? (Ariztical Entertainment) critically acclaimed most notably by DENNIS HARVEY (Variety) and SIOBHAN GREENE (Fangoria). Next, I WANT TO GET MARRIED, a feature film about love and Prop 8 (Breaking Glass Pictures), which successfully continues to sell world wide. BILLY wanted to return to his parodies with HUSH UP SWEET CHARLOTTE (HERE MEDIA), sold at Sundance in 2016, starring, Matthew MArtin, Varla Jean Merman, Mink Stole, Jason Stuart and Dvid Millbern. With great passion, BILLY filmed the short biographical film, MONTY, based on the life of iconic film and stage actor MONTGOMERY CLIFT.
